Location: Irwin Barracks, Hobbs Hall

Project: Hobbs Hall was a full internal and external renovation, with special consideration taken for asbestos and lead contamination due to the heritage nature of the building.

As the building is in use 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, we had to work closely with the Australian Defence Force and Broadspectrum to mitigate any site issues and downtime.

Adding a modern decking space to the outdoor area, added a sense of community and additional space for large groups of people. With the re-polished jarrah floorboards, full internal painting and reconfiguration of kitchen and bar area, Hobbs Hall now has modernised facilities for well into the future.
